WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Introduction

This Withdrawal Policy explains how users can manage withdrawals and transfers of their assets when using Arbinio.
Arbinio is a non-custodial technology platform, meaning it does not hold, store, or manage user funds under any circumstances.
All deposits, withdrawals, and balance operations take place exclusively on the user’s connected exchange account.

By using Arbinio, you acknowledge that the platform does not execute or influence withdrawal operations.

2. Arbinio Does Not Process Withdrawals

Arbinio does not:

  • handle user funds
  • initiate or process withdrawals
  • approve, reject, or delay transfers
  • charge withdrawal fees
  • monitor user balances on the exchange beyond API permissions

Any withdrawal request must be submitted directly through the exchange used by the user (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, or other supported platforms).

3. User Control Over API & Funds

Users remain in full control of their assets at all times because:

  • API keys are provided by the user, not generated by Arbinio
  • users can revoke API access instantly on the exchange
  • Arbinio does not have withdrawal permissions
  • Arbinio cannot move or manage funds in any form

Users are responsible for ensuring their API settings are correct and reflect their intended security preferences.

4. Withdrawal Fees

Because withdrawals occur only on connected exchanges, all withdrawal fees are determined by the exchange and may include:

  • blockchain network fees
  • exchange service fees
  • minimum withdrawal amounts
  • additional charges during periods of network congestion

Arbinio does not add any extra withdrawal costs.

5. Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits depend exclusively on:

  • the exchange’s internal policies
  • user verification level (KYC Tier)
  • applicable local regulations
  • asset-specific liquidity conditions

Arbinio has no control over these limits and cannot modify or influence them.

6. Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times vary and are determined by:

  • the exchange’s operational queue
  • blockchain network conditions
  • additional security checks performed by the exchange

Typical processing times may range from a few minutes to several hours.
Arbinio cannot accelerate or interfere with these processes.

7. Identity Verification Requirements (KYC/AML)

Many exchanges require identity verification before permitting withdrawals. This may involve:

  • proof of identity
  • proof of address
  • additional AML checks
  • verification delays during peak periods

Arbinio does not participate in or control any KYC procedures performed by exchanges.

8. Common Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

(Managed only by the exchange)

Withdrawals may be delayed due to:

  • incorrect wallet address
  • pending security verification
  • API resets
  • temporary exchange maintenance
  • blockchain congestion
  • suspicious activity detected by the exchange’s risk systems

Arbinio has no visibility into these internal processes.

9. How to Withdraw Funds

To withdraw funds, users must:

  1. Log into their exchange account used with Arbinio.
  2. Navigate to the withdrawal section.
  3. Select the asset to withdraw.
  4. Enter the destination address or bank details.
  5. Confirm security checks required by the exchange.

Arbinio does not provide withdrawal interfaces and does not request wallet addresses from users.

10. Revoking Arbinio Access Before Withdrawal (Optional but Recommended)

Users may revoke the API key from their exchange before withdrawing if they prefer temporary isolation.
Steps:

  1. Log into your exchange account
  2. Open the API Management section
  3. Disable or delete the API key connected to Arbinio
  4. Proceed with your withdrawal

This has no impact on your existing funds.

11. Fraud Prevention Notice

To enhance safety, users should:

  • never share API keys with withdrawal rights
  • confirm withdrawal addresses carefully
  • avoid responding to unsolicited messages requesting funds
  • enable 2FA on the exchange

Arbinio will never request private keys, withdrawal permissions, or direct access to your wallet.

12. Final Acknowledgment

By using Arbinio, you confirm that:

  • all withdrawal activities occur exclusively on the exchange
  • Arbinio does not handle, control, or influence user funds
  • you understand exchange-specific withdrawal conditions
  • you accept the risks associated with blockchain transactions
